The 15-minute batch speedrun workflow

Experienced BTEC Coordinators use this high-efficiency sequence to complete an entire class batch:

  1. Bulk Evidence Drop (2 mins): Drag your entire class folder of student DOCX files into the By Script upload area. The system extracts text and matches files to roster profiles automatically.
  2. Keyboard Triage Sprint (8 mins): Switch to Triage Queue. Keep left hand over J/K and right hand over C/X. Review excerpts in the context panel and make instant decisions.
  3. Formative Notes & Sign-Off (4 mins): Return to By Script. For students with resolved flags, type concise target notes and click Mark Completed.
  4. Export & Link Generation (1 min): Export the CSV moderation log in Feedback Export and copy student feedback links to Google Classroom / Teams.
