B.P4Explain the skills, techniques and tactics required to effectively participate in a team or an individual sport.

C.P5Demonstrate skills, techniques and tactics effectively, in a selected team and individual sport in conditioned practices.

D.P6Review own performance in either a team or an individual sports, describing strengths and areas for improvement.
