GLH means guided learning hours: the expected hours of teaching, directed activity and assessment for a qualification or unit. Pearson BTEC International Level 2 Creative Media units are each 60 GLH.

  • Award: 120 GLH across two units.
  • Certificate: 240 GLH across four units.
  • Extended Certificate: 360 GLH across six units.

GLH helps a centre compare programme sizes and plan learning time. It is not the total time every learner will spend: independent study may add hours. Pearson lists the figures in its Creative Media specification. Read the course overview or see how its unit structure works.

Check the criteria before the IV does.

checkb.tech reads learner evidence against the official Pearson criteria and reports every criterion as met, partly met or not met — with the evidence cited. It never awards a grade; the teacher stays the assessor.
