Leen was able to competently: Check that she had all equipment and linen required to service a guest bedroom. Clean a hotel bathroom where she cleaned the sink, shower stall and toilet, cleaned all surfaces and polished the mirrors. Clean a hotel bedroom where she stripped and made the bed, dusted all surfaces and cleaner wall mirrors, emptied waste bins and replenished room amenities. Leen also vacuumed the carpet and swept and mopped the tiles floors. Leen worked safely and followed all health and safety requirements and was able to compete all relevant documentation.
